Dear Friends,
I look forward to seeing so many of you this Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. At the 5pm service, the liturgy has been simplified, using “An Order for Celebrating the Holy Eucharist” (BCP 400-401) which is more accessible for younger people. It will have a familiar and elegant structure. The sermon time will include a combination of carols and a retelling of the Christmas story. The 9pm service will include the traditional Rite II Eucharist that will be enhanced by the Friends of Music. On Sunday, we will have the Christmas Eucharist at 10am.
Unfortunately, the Rev. Sylvia Czarnetzky will not be with us this weekend, as she is experiencing mild covid symptoms. Please pray for her quick recovery.
